Hanging out at Roppongi Hills

Filed under: Tokyo places — myyearinjapan @ 11:02 pm

I went to Roppongi Hills today. It’s a complex of buildings meant to be a city unto itself. You’re supposed to be able to work, live, and play there. It has residential sections, offices of several companies, a big mall, a movie theatre, an art museum, an observatory and an aquarium in the sky.

(For those of you who know Chicago, it’s similar to Marina city)
